3 keys to long term health and fitness

For many people, getting/staying healthy and fit is a painful experience involving deprivation, mental challenges, and even sometimes physical pain.

This is why 95% of people who lose weight will regain it.This is why our country continues to get less and less healthy despite more and more health resources.

But what if it didn’t have to be painful? What if the process wasn’t dreadful?

That’s what these 3 keys are all about.

So, let’s dive in…

  1. Find eating and exercise methods you actually enjoy!Wait…what!? Exercise and eating well can be fun?? ABSOLUTELY! But this only happens if you DECIDE they will be enjoyable first and foremost.

Then, experiment with your eating and your workouts until you find something that hits – I promise you will!

  2. Focus on managing your sleep and stressIf it ever feels like you’re doing everything right when it comes to food and exercise and the fluff still isn’t budging, chances are you’ve neglected these critical areas.
  3. Get regular accountabilityIf you’re disciplined enough, you could simply conduct your own check ins every 2-4 weeks, but usually the support of a coach is necessary for staying on track.

If you’ve been struggling for a while and you know you need some guidance and support to stick with your fitness and nutrition once and for all so you can have a body and health you’re proud, let’s talk.
